The Safety Alert does not relate to new or existing product, but to “older” design liquid chalk product labels only.
Rock Technologies had previously updated the label designs to incorporate the EU requirements following BREXIT and only existing stock previously manufactured, labelled and shipped to the EU prior to Brexit is retrospectively affected by the alert.
Rock Technologies confirms liquid chalk products are SAFE to use within the parameters of the current labeling and are fully compliant with all components of the EU labelling requirements and legislation.
Rock Technologies and our distributor in France are working closely with the relavent authorities to ensure the existing labels are approved and the alert cancelled and removed.
